Textual Analysis of horror flim

This is a analysis of a horror film - What lies beneath.
 It's the inspiration of my own horror story which is occur in the bathroom.

In the analysis i wrote about the most scary part of the film , location and soundtrack.
It's a very good research before i take my own horror film.

Self Evaluation of the re-make

This is the self evaluation of the beginning of the term when we try to re-make the horror film from last year. In the re-make,it's much more easy because all we have to do is just copy the exist film,but after i finish my own horror film.There have many stuff that have to prepare before we shoot.Therefore is not that easy like what we did for the re-make.But the re-make brings me a very value  experience of filming and editing also time control.According to the re-make,we film more than it require therefore in my own horror film i control all the time by writing it down.It is very good we now in the range of the time required which is 2 minutes.Also by practice more filming i felt more confident.Moreover as i learnt more about different angle and shot types Im able to use all of them in my own horror film.

Character Design

 

This is how we consider our make up for the character,the only think change was the black eye liner.It's because we consider that our main theme is plat so we don't want to add anything in the make up.
Our character design are based on the film-The Grudge. The costume is a long white dress which cover whole body made by myself.

This is our final made up for the ghost and the costume design.

Feedback Evaluation

  

This is our feedback evaluation form,It's being success overall of the opinion. It 's scary especially the make up of the ghost(the plat). But there have some criticisms such as the music is not enough and jumping from room to room.

Production Logo desige

This is the original production logo we decided.
But because of the technical problem we change our logo but similar idea.

Using the skull to represent the production name(Devil Film Production) and with the red eyes making the logo more scary.
